I made the Poor Man’s Soup last night for lunches this week
What’s in the poor man’s soup? I love, love, love soups.
Mine was….
3 lbs ground beef cooked
a giant pkg of frozen mixed veggies
a can of cheap beef gravy
a pkg of au jus (I was out of boullion and beef broth)
a can of diced tomatoes
salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion
Just throw it all together on the stove or in the crock pot.
Anything goes (I just don’t use a carb in it but most of recipes call for potato or pasta)
